Our Mission
In an age where everyone is connected, our identities start to become shaped by a second life online. Our story follows the patterns of thinking and shared experiences brought upon by a digital world. Many generations are following unwritten rules and guidelines on how to act online, which affect their interactions.
Childhood is not the same as it once was, due to an all-consuming digital landscape. The lack of accountability and empathy that exists with the world's future generations has led to an uptick in mental health crises and people feeling more isolated than ever. If we are so connected, then why is there silence?

We are eleven senior media production students at University of Dayton who created this documentary entirely from the ground up, collaborating across every stage of production to tell a story about how digital life shapes our generation.
